Breakfast: 1/12 cups coffee.

Lunch: Flatbread Pizza with Ground Beef. Tomato, Lettuce, Carmelized Onion, Cheese, and Thousand Island Dressing. along with a side of Lobster Macaroni and Cheese.  We had lunch in Clarkston, MI at the Clarkston Union Bar and Kitchen.  The restaurant is an old church, and some of the table are pews.  Very cool setting and the food fantastic! My pizza was more like a light, healthy Big Mac on flatbread. Nice time but am sure I will only have a snack for dinner….

Dinner: Nada

Snack: Popcorn and Flax Seed Chips.  Banana by the bedside for later.
