Breakfast:  1 cup coffee. I had three glasses of water throughout the morning.

Lunch:  Thai Fried Rice with Chicken.  This was another busy day, so heated up leftovers from the night before. I also peeled an orange on the run!

Dinner:  Chicken Loaf, Pasta, and Jalapeno Cheddar Bread.  Picked up takeout at a great store in  Franklin, Michigan – The Market Basket. Chef Carl is great!!!  We had bread –  once again –  from Boule Bakery, along with mixed greens and an avocado for a quick salad fix , so dinner was good to go.  This had been a crazy busy week so I have cooked far less than normal!!! I am not complaining, as the meals were yummy, and lots of Mrs. Peacock’s Brittle cooked  and packaged !!!
