Breakfast: 1 cup coffee.

Lunch: Bread and Spicy  Peanut Butter.  I woke up in a grumpy mood today and lots to do! so just heated up a piece of  bread and enjoyed with a new find – spicy peanut butter! Fast and yummy.

Dinner:  Bean Soup and Muffins.  Glenn’s parents had us over tonight, so no cooking for me!  Glenn’s father made a wonderful bean soup (with beef).  It literally had 10 different beans in it, so I was thrilled!  We had corn muffins on the side.  Satisfying and happy meal!

Snack:  an orange.
