Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with honey. 

Lunch: Stir Fried Tofu with Rice Noodles.  I met a dear friend for lunch and enjoyed a tasty stir fry!  Great food and a great friend!!! 

Dinner: Avocado and Spinach Wraps with Hot Sauce.  I placed diced avocado and lots of fresh spinach in a whole wheat wrap, added some hot sauce (Susie’s Scotch Bonnet) and rolled.  Simple, hot, and oh so good!!! 

Snack: Banana with Peanut Butter
